Our Return Policy
This return policy applies to all knives(except specific sales items which indicated "NO RETURN") purchased from SANTOKU e-STORE.
Before returning any items, please contact us at within seven days of receipt of items. Products must be returned within seven days from the date of our "return-approval email" with payment receipt, original packaging (un-damaged), unused and in perfect condition. If knives show any sign of use, sharpening, honing, etc they will not be accepted for return or exchange. If the original packaging is not in a re-saleable condition the item will not be accepted for return or exchange.

All items returned to Santoku Equipment Office are done so at the buyer's expense
. The items must be properly packaged to prevent damage and fully insured.The iems must be returned it postage paid ( We will not accept COD or postage due packages), and it must be in perfect and new condition (not used or damaged). Please notify us of the tracking number for the returned items so we can follow the progress of the parcel. Funds will not be reimbursed until we receive the products and are happy with the condition. The refund will be the amount paid less the shipping/handling fees, PayPal fees and any other incurred costs.

Please note items found to be damaged or used will not be accepted or credited for return.

You are responsible for your own shipping, handling, and insurance fees unless the item is defective or you have been shipped the wrong product. We will not accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit or damaged during shipping.

Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments

If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.Santoku Equipment Office will not be responsible for any claims made after 24 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier.

Our Limited Guarantee

All of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping and packaged appropriately to prevent damage in shipping. If you find you have any problems with your order upon receipt, please contact customer service at within 24 hours.
